As a project manager, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company, our roofing abilities and services to maximize growth and building lasting relationships with clients. To excel in this role, you should possess a competitive spirit, a compelling sales personality, and a level of dedication and responsibility to steadily communicate with each client. We offer a generous commission structure for your effort in generating new business.

Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s exterior improvement needs
Prospect and qualify potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
Promote the company’s services while addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
Provide trustworthy feedback and support beyond initial client meeting
Collaborate with other team members to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
Track all networking activities in provided software systems and keep current by updating client information regularly
Meet and/or exceed quotas

Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proficiency in English
